do I get a CUE account?
If you are a YSU student, your account is created automatically
when you register for classes. It is ready for use 1 day
after the registration process is completed.
If you are faculty/staff, your account is created automatically
after ALL your paperwork is processed through Payroll
AND Human Resources. It is ready for use 1 day after the
process is completed.
How
do I find out what my CUE account ID is?
If you are a student, logon
to SID (Student Information Display) and view your
demographic data. You will see your email address. Your
CUE account ID is everything before the "@"
of your email address.
If you are faculty/staff, you will receive an inner-office
memo with your account information once your account is
created.
What
do I have to do to access my CUE-mail?
I
tried to change my password but don't know what my "old"
password is. What is it?
It
says my old password is wrong when I try to change it. What
should I do?
Students need to bring their YSU ID to the fourth floor
of Meshel Hall so that a Tech Desk staff member can assign
a new "old" password.
Faculty/staff need to call the Tech Desk and after verification
a new "old" password will be assigned.
