Download and Installation Instructions:
- Click the above link. When prompted, save the file name "FramePkg.exe" to your desktop.
- After the download is complete, double click the "FramePkg" icon on your desktop and follow the defalt installation prompts.
NOTE: After the installation is complete, it can take up to 60 minutes for the virus definition file (.dat) to be updated.
Your Virus Shield icon may not appear in your task tray until you reboot and/or the virus definitions are updated, DO NOT RE-INSTALL if you don't see an icon. If it doesn't appear, please call the Tech Desk for instructions.
- When the installation is complete, reboot your machine.
- Delete the "FramePkg" icon from your desktop.
